Cancellation Policy

Terms regarding the cancellation of MonitorX subscriptions and white-label plan changes.

1. Cancel Anytime

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time directly through the Billing & Security section in your tenant profile dashboard. Alternatively, you can request cancellation by contacting support@governx.co.za.

2. Active Cycle Retention

Upon cancellation, your active plan and allocated server slots will remain fully functional until the end of your current billing cycle. No further recurring charges will apply to your account after the cancellation date.

3. Post-Cancellation Data Portability

You have 14 days following the end of your final billing cycle to download any historical telemetry summaries or custom alert configurations before they are permanently deleted from our active Azure SQL servers.
