This manual is published in terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, No. 2 of 2000 (PAIA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 of 2013 (POPIA) for GovernX (PTY) LTD.
A guide has been compiled by the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) containing information required by a person wishing to exercise any right contemplated in the Act. Query requests should be directed to the SAHRC.
GovernX (PTY) LTD maintains records in accordance with the Companies Act (No. 71 of 2008), the Income Tax Act (No. 58 of 1962), and the Protection of Personal Information Act (No. 4 of 2013).
To request access to records held by GovernX (PTY) LTD, the requester must complete the prescribed Form C available from the SAHRC website. Submit the completed form along with the request fee to our Information Officer via email.
